Administrator and Public Relations Coordinator
Cynthia Cradduck is the Managing Partner at Cecilia Russo Marketing, where she oversees business development, manages the staff, and coordinates reputation management strategies for clients, media relations, and online SEO public relations. She also serves as a program administrator to Leadership Southeast Georgia.
Cynthia is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors in Communications focusing on Public Relations, and L.E.A.P. certified, as a PR professional in Leadership, Experience in Communication, Academics, and Professionalism training. Cynthia is a graduate of the 2020 United Way of the Coastal Empire Young Leaders’ Board Readiness Program.
In 2018, Cynthia received national recognition as a 40-Under-40 leader by Georgia Trend Magazine and was named a Rising Star in Business by Savannah Magazine and Savannah Morning News in 2017. She served as Vice President of the Georgia Jaycees and is a past president of the Savannah Jaycees.
And locally, Cynthia serves as a Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and as a Business Champion responsible for direct solicitation for several United Way of the Coastal Empire’s key accounts during the 2021-2022 Campaign. Cynthia also supports several nonprofit organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House of the Coastal Empire, One Love Animal Rescue, the Fresh Air Home on Tybee Island, and her church of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church. She is married to Aaron Cradduck, and they have a son, Emerson, with another little one on the way.

Suzanne Kirk

Suzanne Kirk is President & Executive HR Consultant with Employee Development Strategies, Inc, a human resources and organization development consulting firm established in 2011.  Suzanne holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management and Development and is SHPR and SHRM-SCP Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a certified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Leadership Versatility Index and the CPI260 managerial assessment. Suzanne was a featured speaker at the 2016 national SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) conference in Washington, DC, which hosted over 15,000 attendees from over 90 countries. Kirk’s topic was “Building Blocks to Effective Performance Management,” which focused on the importance of making the connection between an organization’s strategic plan and every employee’s contribution to meeting business objectives through their skills, competencies and behaviors. In 2019, she will serve as facilitator for her 7th year in partnership with the Leadership Southeast Georgia program. As Director of HR Services at a level-one trauma center teaching hospital, Suzanne led the Organizational Development, HR Business Consultant and Recruiting teams with a customer-centric approach to healthcare HR. As Associate Director of Global Learning and Development for a Boston-based marketing and technology professional services firm, Suzanne was responsible for the learning and development strategies for a global workforce of over 1200 employees. She drove the implementation of an organization-wide competency model and redesigned the performance management process in support of the initiative. Earlier in her career, Suzanne was an internal performance improvement consultant in the utility business during the deregulation of Georgia’s natural gas industry. Outside her HR consulting practice, Suzanne is the President of the Board, Susan G. Komen of Coastal Georgia and the Past-President, Metropolitan Savannah Rotary Club.  Originally from Toronto, Canada, Suzanne has lived in Savannah, Georgia for over 15 years, where her and her husband (attorney Adam Kirk) enjoy raising their three young children.

Fundraising Consultant

Founder and CEO of Cecilia Russo Marketing, Cecilia has extensive experience in collaborative public relations, marketing, fundraising, social media management, and community relations, working with a broad range of constituencies. Cecilia’s civic commitments include memberships and board positions on the Savannah Technical College Foundation, the United Way of the Coastal Empire, the Rotary Club of Savannah, the Kiwanis Club of Skidaway Island, Horizons Savannah, Senior Citizens, Inc., and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Coastal Empire. In addition, Cecilia has served as a fundraising consultant and advisor for Savannah Technical College, Leadership Southeast Georgia, the Veterans Council of Chatham County, American Red Cross of Southeast and Coastal Georgia, Benedictine Military School, and America’s Second Harvest Food Bank of Coastal Georgia. She was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year by the Junior Achievement of Savannah in 2013, and Entrepreneur of the Year by the Savannah Chamber of Commerce in 2018. She is a graduate of Leadership Southeast Georgia and proud alumnae of St. Vincent’s Academy and the University of Georgia. She is married to Bob Turner and resides on Talahi Island, GA.

Brianne Yontz

Brianne Yontz

Program Administrator

Brianne Yontz assists Cynthia Cradduck as the program administrator for Leadership Southeast Georgia. She is also an account executive for Official Guides of Savannah/Convention Consultants. Previously she was the executive director for the Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of Member Services for the Savannah Chamber of Commerce.

Brianne is a graduate of Leadership Savannah, Leadership Bryan and Leadership Southeast Georgia. She has served on numerous boards including the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill, Bryan County United Way and UGA Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens (historic Bamboo Farm) and St. Anne Richmond Hill Pastoral Council. Currently she serves on the board of the Freeman Project.

She and her husband Mark have lived in Richmond Hill for over 30 years, where they’ve raised three daughters: Barbara, Jillian and Hannah. Brianne is a graduate of The Ohio State University and in her spare time enjoys college football (Go Bucks!) playing tennis (not well, but it beats the treadmill) and reading.
